Responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving cocktail orders. Controls all beverage service in accordance with liquor laws and established policies and procedures. Performs all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc. Washes and sanitizes all glasses and utensils. Ensures all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to required closing time. Checks I.D., when in question, to assure patrons are 21 years of age. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain food handlers’ permit within 14 days of employment and maintain same throughout employment. Must be able to obtain Class 12 or 13 liquor permit and successfully pass MAST class within 30 days of employment and maintain same throughout employment.
