Will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage outlets assigned are bused and stocked on a regular basis and maintain a clean appearance; organizes condiments; wipes down all tables after each use; assists personnel in providing room service and assures that all room service trays are picked up promptly from the hotel; assists in assuring that banquets are supplied during events; organizes food and beverage glassware and supplies in all assigned outlets. Provides excellent customer service to all guests who dine in the assigned restaurant.  Greets guests and rings checks through cash register; accepts payment from guests and accurately returns change; handles and resolves guest concerns and questions; assists dining room attendants in clearing and cleaning tables, stocking silverware and maintaining beverage stations. High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age; must be willing and available to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required.  Must be able to obtain food handlers’ permit within 14 days of employment, and Class 12 or 13 liquor permit within 30 days of employment and maintain same throughout employment. Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality industry, is required. Must be willing and available to work non-traditional schedules; overtime may be required.
