Responsible for efficient service of all deli menu items; ensures each order is uniform and consistent. Follows all recipes in a timely manner and maintains quality of items produced; operates and maintains all kitchen equipment and adheres to sanitation and food preparation techniques. Will also serve as food cashier and prep cook, as necessary. Must be 18 years of age.  Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques; fast food or deli experience a plus. Ability to operate a cash register and give the guest or server the correct change. Must be able to obtain food handlers’ permit within 14 days of employment and maintain same throughout employment. Must be willing and available to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be requested.
