Banquet Server/142-17

 
Sets up banquet tables, chairs, table linens, place settings and centerpieces; serves all food and beverages; and clears away all dishes and table linens in a professional manner and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Will freshen meeting rooms during breaks and store items following banquet service. Must be at least 21 years of age for casino meeting rooms and 18 years of age for hotel/conference center. Must be able to obtain food handlers’ permit and Class 12 or 13 liquor permit, and successfully pass MAST class within 30 days of employment.
