Cleans and sanitizes all dishes and silverware to be used by guests; cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment and banquet areas. Responsible for removal of garbage and cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas (floors, walls, ceiling tiles). Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. Previous cleaning experience and High School/GED required and/or an appropriate combination of both.
