Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Sales & Catering Operation and assists the Sales & Catering Manager in select phases of selling, including but not limited to catering, hotel sales, billing, meeting room needs.
 
Must be 21 years of age.  High school diploma/GED and one year (1) experience in Sales, Hotel, other similar customer service fields and/or an appropriate combination of education and experience. 
 
Previous experience with Hotel Management computer programs or similar systems and Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Must be able to type at least 60 wpm and excellent computer proficiency to include Windows XP or above, Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
