The Director of Food and Beverage will direct the overall function of and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire Food and Beverage Department(s) at The Skagit and other tribally owned commercial F&B Operations, including culinary/kitchen areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA in Business or Hospitality/Culinary Institute accreditation, with 10 years' work experience in Food and Beverage, including 5 years front and back of the house Manager level or above in a comparable sized multi outlet F&B operation required.
Minimum 7 years' work experience supervising personnel including job development, hiring and evaluation process required.
Minimum 5 years work experience in menu development including food and labor costing in comparable size operation required.
Must have demonstrated knowledge in budget development including F&B costing in a comparable size operation.
Must have knowledge with Stratton Warren or comparable Purchasing and Inventory System.
Must have demonstrated proficiency in the culinary arts, food management, beverage operations, inventory control, and personnel management.
