You will perform maintenance and repair.  This includes, but not limited to painting, pressure washing, carpentry, landscaping, and other general maintenance.  

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be at least 21 years of age.
*Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
*Must have high school diploma or equivalent
*Must be available Monday through Friday

WAGE:
Pay depends on experience and skills. 
Entry level - $18/hr starting
Experience - Wage is DOE.  Lets talk!
