JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible to ensure that all Departments systems needs are met and resolved in an efficient and thorough manner.
- Responsible for overall performance, maintenance, and updates: of gaming, player tracking, and other operations systems.
- Responsible for identifying and providing recommendations as to the SVCR IT needs, including updates to current systems and recommendations for system upgrades.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- BS degree in information technology or computer science or related field required; Microsoft system administrator certification preferred.
- AS400 system operation experience required. Knowledge of the following systems preferred: Opera; GHS; AIX; Exchange 2019; Macintosh; InfoGenesis; FTP; Stratton Warren; Infinium Accounting
- Proficiency in CL, COBOL, and JAVA.
- Good working knowledge of Aruba communication routers and experience with Windows server 2012R2 to 2019; IBM Power System 8.
- Good working knowledge of PBX and POS systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the application of a wide range of systems analysis and programming skills.
- Seven years of previous experience in gaming IT field, with three years in supervisory role performing managerial and analytical work in gaming. Must have demonstrated and proven strong supervisory and communication skills; good interpersonal, organizational, and developmental and presentation skills are required.
