Serve all food and beverages at functions and clear away all dishes and table linens in a professional manner and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Also sets up banquet room as directed, to include all tables, chairs, table linens, china, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces. Two years previous banquet or other serving experience is preferred.
Must be 21 years of age for hotel/conference center. High school diploma/GED is required and/or an appropriate combination of experience and education.
