Multi-faceted position which will include but not be limited to recruitment and retainment of quality personnel, coaching HR staff and managers on interviewing and screening techniques, and developing and providing training modules to ensure all employees have the necessary skills to successfully perform their jobs and deliver outstanding service.
Creates, develops, and implements human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
Develops and oversees employee benefits package, including health, life, vision, disability, and 401k.
Supervise and coordinate activities of employees in the uniform/wardrobe area.
Will work closely with tribal labor relations attorney.
BA or BS in Human Resources required or equivalent experience in a formalized Human Resources environment.
3-5 years experience in a similar HR capacity, specifically in a corporate setting.
3-5 years managing a Human Resources training and recruitment function in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of computerized HRIS system(s); Infinium preferred.
Knowledge of federal regulations regarding employment hiring, selection, and termination process.
Must be able to manage a number of priorities simultaneously, establish and meet deadlines.
Coordinate activities with other departments, negotiate vendor and supplier contracts and supervise support staff.
