Provides excellent guest service by checking in and resolving concerns of hotel guests. Receives and books hotel reservations of guest over the phone Collects payment for services rendered; prepares appropriate documents for the hotel’s records; reconciles daily transactions in connection with the maintenance of hotel financial records and preparation of financial reports. Must be proficient in the use of Windows-based software. Previous guest service experience and High School/GED required and/or an appropriate combination of both.
