Provide friendly, excellent beverage service primarily in a bar, banquet or concert setting. Prepares and pours drinks for patrons and cocktail servers with proper portions and ingredients. Controls all beverage service in accordance with liquor laws and established policies and procedures. Operates a cash register, performs all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc. Previous bartender experience and High School/GED required and/or an appropriate combination of both.
