Supports the operations as Help Desk/Service Desk Technician.
This position provides hardware, software, and network trouble-shooting support. Provides support to all departments & properties. Duties included but are not limited to monitoring the operation of all computer systems and all communication system’s apparatus, maintain equipment inventory, troubleshoot hardware and software problems via internal phone support and remote access protocols.
Must be 21 years of age.
Requirements include a minimum of a AS/AA Information Systems Technology/Computer Science, or other computer related degree, or at least one year minimum professional services experience working with computer systems or networks, or an appropriate combination. Also, must have good customer service skills as well as have working knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products. A Microsoft Professional Certification is preferred.”
