You will assist customers in purchasing merchandise and tobacco products from the Casino Tobacco Shop and the satellite/drive-thru location. Skagit employees greet customers in a friendly way when they enter the shop or drive-up, they will offer assistance in locating merchandise and respond to questions regarding merchandise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*High school diploma/GED and have one year cash handling experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
*Previous retail and/or comparable position preferred.
*Must be available to work from 2:30pm until 12:30am, including weekends and holidays.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Surveillance Officer, you will protect the assets of the SVCR and reduce potential liabilities by monitoring and enforcing all applicable statutory, regulatory and procedural requirements applicable to the business operations. You will monitor and record all gaming activities as required, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance. You will also record all gaming activities, employee or guest misconduct for regulatory or management action. You will then conduct investigations, video reviews, both procedural and random activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at a minimum of one year of work experience in one of the following areas; gaming industry surveillance, regulatory compliance, property or financial auditing, law enforcement, (including corrections), loss prevention, or one years of casino security with at least 3 months of casino dispatch experience.
Working knowledge or previous work experience in the use of closed circuit television equipment preferred.
Must be willing and available to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required.

SUMMARY:

Supervises the Food and Beverage operations on an assigned shift.
Will have a direct supervisory role of one of the food outlets.
Serves as a back-up to all outlets and banquet events, as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and support servers, bartenders and food service team members
Ensure guest service is at a consistently high level
Monitors and adjusts schedules to appropriate staffing levels
Responsible for continuing staff development and service training
Coaches, counsels, guides, instructs and prepares performance reviews
Responsible for monthly beverage inventory, weekly ordering of beverages, beverage supplies and food supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three to five years' experience in food and beverage, with a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record in leadership and management/supervisory skills.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communications, employee team building and problem-solving abilities are required.
Must be able to analyze financial information and arrive at accurate conclusions.
Knowledge of all phases of beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity with all beverage and food service.
Must have exemplary interpersonal skills when dealing with staff and guest requests.
Must be detailed and results-orientated, believe in personal accountability and be a role model for the surrounding team.
Must have the initiative to accept additional duties.
